Our koi represent the best Japanese bloodlines, originating in Niigata, Japan.The varieties of Koi offered by Kloubec Koi Farm are: Kohaku, Taisho Sanshoku, Showa Sanshoku, Utsurimono, Bekko, Koromo, Hikari-Muji, Hukari-Utsuri, Hukari-Moyo, Tancho, Kinginrin, Doitsu, Asagi, Shusui Goshike, and Kawarimono. Kloubec parent stock has been hand selected by Mamoru Kodama, one of Japan’s top Koi Breeders. Each is chosen for attribute that will be passed on to future generations. All breeding pairs are genetically selected to produce exceptional offspring.Reared in the ancient tradition. Kloubec Koi are raised exactly as they were over 2,500 years ago in the original home of Koi, Niigata, Japan. In fact, the mud and water chemistry in the Kloubec Koi ponds is exactly the same as that in the ponds where Koi originated. The mud ponds are also located at approximately the same latitude as Niigata, Japan so Kloubec Koi are winter hardy, which guarantees they will be long-lived pets. All Kloubec Koi are hatched in the Kloubec Koi Farm state-of-the-art indoor hatchery and transferred to the mud ponds as fingerlings. Health 100% Guaranteed. Kloubec Koi are never forced for growth. They are never exposed to any Koi that could carry disease. And, imported Koi are never allowed onto the farm which is why Kloubec has never had an outbreak of KVH or SVC. Every Koi from Kloubec Koi Farm is quarantined and treated when they are brought in from the mud pond to ensure they are healthy upon arrival to you. Delivered Direct.
